“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” – Bhagavad Gita

I found yoga during a period of major transition in my life. In 2019, I travelled to Mysore, India to complete my first teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga, originally to support my own mental health and personal practice. Immersed in the teachings, I was deeply moved by the transformative power of yoga and felt called to share it with others.Since then, I’ve continued to study and evolve through Hatha and Vinyasa training in Bali, an Advanced Teacher Training in London, and Forrest Yoga training with its creator, Ana Forrest, shaping a teaching style that weaves together strength, softness, and embodied awareness. I remain a lifelong student of yoga, continually learning and deepening my understanding of the practice.

In my teaching, I aim to create a non-judgemental, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome. My classes are inspired by different lineages and always include breathwork, meditation, and mantra, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and moving energy through the body. I encourage students to listen to their own bodies, cultivate self-compassion, and explore both strength and stillness. My classes are creative, playful, and grounding, offering space for challenge, healing, and deep connection.

Get in touch to work 1-1, maybe you have an injury, your just starting yoga or your working towards something but need guidance.

What is Forrest Yoga?

I love practicing and sharing Forrest Yoga, it’s a fusion of traditional yoga and new poses, created by Ana Forrest. It is a truly healing and transformational practice which draws on the 4 core pillars; breath, integrity, strength and spirit . This practice encourages us to challenge our limiting beliefs, building our inner and outer strength - empowering us not only on the mat but in all areas of life.

Forrest Yoga has taught me to connect with my body on a much deeper, more intuitive level. It’s a practice rooted in integrity, presence, and feeling. It teaches us to become proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work for you, specifically with physical and emotional injuries. By learning to work honestly at your edges, you make possible for integrity, self-awareness and playful curiosity to become part of your daily life.

In a Forrest Yoga class you will be challenged through slow, strong, intelligent sequencing that focuses on building core strength and stability. Expect deep breathing, physical and emotional healing and connection to your inner wisdom and spirit.
